Granite countertops and professional grade appliances invite the chefs in the group to prepare tasty meals while still being a part of the action in this open layout. Five chairs at the breakfast bar and seating for twelve in the adjoining dining room framed by windows allow for large dinner parties. 

Located on the lower level is a second living space equipped for hours of evening fun. Relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying a game or movie on the large television, break out the cards for some poker at the game table, or play pool on the billiards table in the festive family room. The large wet bar invites the beverage-maker in the group to host the festivities in style. Step out back to find the sunken hot tub and the outdoor fireplace set under the expansive Colorado sky.

Six bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of the home providing an abundance of bedding for up to 28 guests. Two master bedrooms, one furnished with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed, are located on the main level, each featuring a private bathroom. An expansive master suite with a King bed and beautiful private bathroom occupies the upper level of the residence.

The three remaining bedrooms are found on the lower level off of the family room. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, one offering a Queen bed while the other is a large bedroom with a Twin Bunk bed plus a Queen bed to sleep 4. The remaining bedroom on the lower level has an attached bathroom and four Double-Size Bunk Beds for 8 adults or up to 16 kids! 

As an added bonus, guests staying at Ski Hi Lodge enjoy access to the amenities at One Ski Hill Place, located a short walk away at the base of the lifts. The lodge boasts an array of amenities including a spa, bowling alley (reservations required), indoor swimming pool and hot tubs, media room, fitness center, shuttle service, bar, and restaurant.
