Full Description

Privately secluded on Ski Trail lane in Steamboat Springs, just 2 blocks away from Christie Express Lift Chair, this duplex sits on a very large lot, surrounded by forest and trees looking down on the valley and boosts over 2,500 sq ft. Very private and truly a mountain setting in which you and your family or friends would fall in love with.

Upon entering Ski Trail Chalet, the wide open kitchen, living and dining area is right in front of you boosting dramatic high vaulted ceilings. The kitchen of this ski chalet is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles for your perfect family meal. There is a gas BBQ grill on the large deck right outside of the dining area. Enjoy the great views with a glass of wine while you are grilling. The warm and cozy fireplace inside will add to the great mountain feel of this ski home. There are 2 large bedroom on this level - one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, which can be put together to become a king to fit perfectly your group. There is one full bathroom on that level, shared by both the bedroom and the living area. Moving downstairs, we have 2 more very large bedrooms plus the extremely large Master suite.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 2 twins, which again can be put together to become a king if needed. Both bedrooms share a large full bathroom, which has the full-size washer and dryer. This level also has the very large, over-sized master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom queen bed, flat screen TV and big glass sliding doors to the deck outside, where the hot tub is. The home has WiFi.
