Overlooking the living room, a spacious loft is outfitted with a shuffleboard table, foosball table, and dartboard. Providing additional space for the group to spread out, the lower level den includes a comfortably furnished sitting area in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. 

Four bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the residence providing a variety of bedding options to accommodate up to 11 guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds, one is located on the main level with direct access to the deck hosting the private hot tub and includes a private bathroom with a jetted tub, the other is on the lower level and accesses a hall bathroom. Two guest bedrooms with private bathrooms and Double beds are located on opposing ends of the loft. A bonus sleeping space outfitted with a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Double on the bottom is located on the lower level.
