With massive windows and vaulted ceilings, the main living room is open and inviting, featuring two leather couches and several chairs centered on a gas fireplace with a large wall-mounted flat screen television above. Across the great room, the gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining, equipped with anything you may need including two ovens, two dishwashers, an amazing six-burner cook top, and more. This chef’s paradise also boasts granite countertops and custom cabinetry. There is no shortage of options when it comes to dining, as the kitchen itself features room for 10 guests at bar stools, two at a bistro table and four more at the breakfast table. An adjacent dining room table comfortably seats an additional 12 people in lush, upholstered chairs. Glass doors in both the kitchen and living room lead to the upper level deck, offering seating, a fire pit and a soothing hot tub, all with spectacular alpine scenery. Head down to the middle level of Sky Dance, and enjoy a cozy family room boasting ample seating and a card table, along with a foosball table, a gaming console, refrigerator and a convenient wet bar. Sliding glass doors from this space provide access to the middle deck, which features a picnic table, seating, and a swing; the perfect spot to enjoy the crisp mountain air and beautiful surroundings. For even more space to congregate and have some fun, the lower level recreation room is stocked with hours of entertainment, including a pool table, massive flat screen television, gas fireplace and cozy sofas. Your crew will love having access to a second kitchen while playing arcade games, or rocking out with the karaoke machine. A lower level third deck offers one more spot to take in those incredible alpine views. Any film comes alive in the comfortable media room, which offers overstuffed sectional sofas, state-of-the-art surround sound and a massive flat screen television.

Six well-appointed bedrooms are perfectly placed among the three levels of Sky Dance. In the master suite, enjoy a private gas fireplace along with a luxurious bathroom boasting a jetted tub and separate shower.  A study just off the master offers a computer and a printer should the need arise to check in with work. Each of the remaining five guest rooms are equipped with cozy, lodge-like furnishings and offer flat screen televisions, along with other various attractive features like a private gas fireplace or access to a deck.

Experienced skiers can ski in from Breckenridge’s Peak 10 and ski out on the Lower Lehman ski run to easily access the Quicksilver or Beaver Run Superchair lifts. Those skiers or boarders with a bit less experience, can call the on-call shuttle for swift transport to the Gondola or desired base area.  Sky Dance offers a two-car heated garage, as well as six additional driveway spots.
