Spread over multiple levels, this 7 bedroom estate with 7.5 bathrooms provides the ultimate retreat with true ski-in/ski-out access to the lifts in the Union Creek/West Village base area of the resort. Up to 28 guests will find this luxury retreat to offer the space, quality, and amenities required for the ultimate Copper Mountain vacation experience. Located on the green/beginner Roundabout run, the Kokomo Express and Union Creek lifts are just seconds away.

Designed for entertaining, the Snow Maker Lodge boasts an open layout on the main level where breathtaking views of the ski trails and surrounding mountains pour into the living space through massive, two-story windows. A good snowstorm in the mountains will make you feel like you’re in a snow globe, all in front of a warm, comforting fireplace (all 6 of them). Step out of the great room through accordion-opening doors to the outdoor patio and hot tub to enjoy the magnificent scenery and stunning Colorado sunsets. Overlooking the living room is a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining area so that everyone can join in the party. Enjoy the spectacular mountain views with a beverage of your choice, while the kids enjoy a movie in the theater room or a game of pool in the spacious rec room. An elevator makes accessing all of the levels and attractions in this multi-level residence a breeze.

The beautifully designed ski room, located on the main floor immediately adjacent to the great room, allows you to launch your day of fun on the mountain right from the house and readily return and exit on green/beginner slopes throughout the day. If you are looking to house multiple families with some non-skiers or skiers of varying abilities, there is no better home. Guests have access to a free on call shuttle that will take you anywhere in the Copper Mountain resort (shuttle is only available during prime dates).
