Featuring a unique layout, the living room of this 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom duplex vacation home offers a large leather sofa arranged in front of a gas fireplace and wall-mounted television. Set a half level below yet open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, polished-stone countertops, breakfast bar seating for 4 guests and a dining area seating 8 guests. Glass doors in the dining area lead out to the back patio boasting a private hot tub and a barbecue grill.

Head to the lower level to find an expansive family room with a comfortably furnished sitting area in front of a wall-mounted television, Pac-Man video game, wet bar with a fridge and microwave and dining/game table. A half level up is the gear area with benches and plenty of hooks for all of your outdoor adventure accessories. Getting to the slopes and downtown is convenient with the free bus stop a block away and on-call complimentary shuttle service during the winter season.

Furnished with a King bed, the main level primary suite is set off of the living room and includes a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two upper level guest bedrooms are outfitted with King beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and combination tub/shower. Enjoying a private bathroom, the upper level bunk room is equipped with a Full over Queen bunk bed plus two Twin beds. Two lower level bedrooms share a full bathroom with the family room, one offers a Queen bed while the bunk room has a Twin over Twin bunk plus a Twin bed. Additional sleeping accommodations are provided by a Full Sleeper Sofa in the living room.
