With seating for 8, the dining table is set between the kitchen and living room with a three-sided gas fireplace located between the dining and living areas. Overlooking the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Step out onto the back deck complete with a barbecue grill and private hot tub. Located on the lower level, the family room boasts a comfortably furnished sitting area with a flatscreen television. Enjoy some friendly competition on the adjacent Foosball table before heading out to the back yard area to take in the views.  

Five bedrooms providing bedding for up to 14 guests are distributed over the upper and lower level of the home. Furnished with a King bed, the upper level master suite features vaulted ceilings, a private deck, a bonus sleeping area with a Twin bunk, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms outfitted with Queen beds on the upper level share a full bathroom. Sharing a full bathroom on the lower level off of the family room are two guest bedrooms, one furnished with a Queen bed while the other is a bunk room offering two sets of Twin bunk beds.

Free shuttle service to the ski lifts and downtown's shops and restaurants is a five minute walk away. The Four O'Clock ski trail leading to the Snowflake lift is just down the road, a short 2 minute walk away, providing easy ski-in/ski-out access to the Breckenridge ski slopes.
