From your home in the mountains you will merely need to step out of the back door, click on the skis or boards, and ski down to the Beaver Run chairlift on Peak 9, you can return via a private ski trail off of the Lower Sawmill ski run, truly the height of ski-in/ski-out convenience while still providing a peaceful and serene setting. With 4,528 square feet of living space you will be able to spread out in this expansive residence, relax in comfort, and enjoy a host of vacation amenities that will make this the ultimate Breckenridge vacation.

Two story ceilings, massive windows, and a gas fireplace set in a wall of stone frame the inviting living room that includes comfortable seating and a flat screen television. Open to the living area is a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats four guests. An adjacent dining area that enjoys the warmth of the two-sided gas fireplace from the living room offers seating for ten while the breakfast nook framed by a large window is equipped with a cozy table that seats four. Step out onto the large deck from the dining area or living room and take in the beauty of the wooded surroundings that create the most peaceful and serene setting.

Overlooking the living room is a cozy loft area with comfortable seating providing the ideal space for relaxing or reading a book. As the day fades, the lower level ski den is another retreat in itself. The comfy sectional beckons relaxation while ping-pong and a game of pool is certain to provide hours of entertainment. A mini wet bar is also available. Another deck is located off this level where you will enjoy soothing the muscles in the private outdoor hot tub after a day of outdoor adventures.

Four bedrooms provide quality furnishings and a variety of bedding to accommodate up to 14 guests while a Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping arrangements for 2 more guests. Bedrooms are well distributed over the multiple levels of the home providing an added level of privacy for the group. Sleeping four, the upper level bedroom off of the loft is furnished with Two Queen beds and includes a private bathroom. The master suite is on the main level, this bedroom includes a King bed and a private bathroom plus a private deck. The two remaining bedrooms are located off of the family room on the lower level. Ideal for the kids, the bunk room is equipped with two Captain's Bunks that have Twins on top and Doubles on the bottom and shares the bathroom with the family room. Another bedroom offering a King bed and private bathroom is on the lower level and has a door leading out to the hot tub.

• Ripparoo Bunk is a perfect space for the kids with TV and Two Captains bunks sleeping up to 6. Next to the Ripparoo Bunk is a bonus additional space with TV, sofa and board games
• King's Way Mini Master has it's own private deck access to the hot tub and sleeps 2 in a King bed with ensuite bathroom with shower
