Two story ceilings create an expansive and inviting atmosphere in the comfortably furnished living room that is centered on a magnificent stone fireplace and framed by windows exposing breathtaking mountain views. Open to the living room, the gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops with a large island that seats 6. Just off the kitchen and boasting another stone-framed fireplace, the dining area offers seating for 12 guests. Step out onto the deck to find an outdoor dining area with a barbecue grill plus a private hot tub bordering open space.

Venture down to the lower level family room where hours of entertainment await. Featuring a comfortable sitting area set in front of a fireplace and flat screen television, the family room includes a pool table, card table, shuffleboard table, and wet bar. Movie night will be enjoyed in the inviting theater room boasting a 110" HD screen. Get ready to head out for a day on the mountain in the custom ski room with plenty of cubby space and large ski lockers.

The grand master suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, HD TV, private deck, and large bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Two upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with king beds, HD TVs, and full private bathrooms. Wake to views of the Deer Valley ski trails in the bedrooms that includes a deck overlooking the slopes.

Off of the family room on the lower level are three bedrooms. Furnished with a king bed, HD TV, and large private bathroom with jetted tub and shower, one of the lower level bedrooms has direct access to the back patio. The two remaining bedrooms share a bathroom, one has two queen beds while the other is equipped with two sets of full over full bunk beds. 

Located less than one mile from the Snow Park base of Deer Valley Resort and a 10 minute drive to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street, Snowtop Manor is a most convenient base from which to explore all of the Park City vacation attractions.
