Enter this 5 bedroom home with 4.5 bathroom to encounter the main level living area that combines the living room, dining area and kitchen into a flowing and open gathering space. Comfortably furnished, the living room features a cozy sitting area with a gas stove and flatscreen television. Eight guests are accommodate at the adjacent dining table that sits between the living room and gourmet kitchen. Upscale appliances, custom cabinetry, and polished stone countertops adorn the spacious and luxurious kitchen.

Continue through the kitchen to find a gear area equipped with a bench and a wall of boot heaters that sits off of the dual staircases. Step out to the back patio to find the private hot tub nestled alongside the residence. Take the stairs to the lower level to find a cozy family room with a large sofa, television and arcade-game machine.

Five bedrooms are spread over the three levels of Snowy Cottage providing a variety of bedding for up to 14 guests. Situated on the top level and accessed by the private back stairs, the primary suite is appointed with a King bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, and private bathroom boasting a dual-sink vanity and a steam shower with a soaking tub. Two guest bedrooms are on the main level, one offers a King bed and private bathroom while the other is equipped with a Queen bed and has an attached bathroom.

Off of the family room on the lower level are two guest bedrooms. Ideal for the kids in the group, the bunkroom is furnished with two sets of Twin over Queen bunk beds and utilizes a bathroom shared with the family room. The final bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
