On the lower level you will find a second living area with a sleeper sofa and flat screen television, a small game/dining table, and access to a covered deck with a gas grill and the private hot tub.

Five bedrooms are spread over the four levels of the residence with an elevator that is shared with the neighboring unit providing easy access to three of the levels for those preferring to avoid the stairs. Located on the second level is a master suite furnished with a King Bed with leather headboard and featuring a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a glass-enclosed steam shower, double vanity sinks, and separate toilet room. This room also offers access to a large back deck nestled in the trees.

The second Master bedroom offers a King bed with leather headboard, large closet, and a connected bathroom with a bathtub. Just off the den on this level you will find a guest bedroom equipped with two Queen beds and an attached bathroom. Ideal for the kids in the group, the bunk room includes two Full/Full Bunk beds and an attached bathroom. Take a walk to the lowest level where the most private of the bedrooms is located and equipped with a Queen bed, 3 closets, and an attached bathroom. 

The Laundry Room is separated on a mid-level with a stacking washer and dryer for your ultimate convenience. There is also a 1 car garage so you do not have to brush snow off of your car each morning.
