Raised above the living room, the dining area includes a table accommodating 12 guests and sitting area in front of a stone-framed fireplace. Overlooking the dining area, the gourmet kitchen provides seating for 3 guest at the breakfast bar.

Above the living room is a spacious loft area appointed with a desk space, sitting area with a Queen Sleeper sofa and foosball table. Located off of the loft, the primary suite is a sprawling enclave appointed with a King bed and fireplace under vaulted ceilings, and a private bathroom with dual-sink vanity and jetted tub. Furnished with a King bed plus a Twin with a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, the upper level guest bedroom offers a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity.

Two lower level guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a soaking tub, one is outfitted with a Queen bed and glass doors leading to a private patio while the other is a bunk room with two Twin over Twin bunk beds.
