Ideally located just minutes from the Keystone Ski Resort with free shuttle service to the lifts a short walk away, Soda Ridge Residence places you and your group of up to 27 guests right in the heart of the mountains. Featuring 8 bedrooms with 6.5 bathrooms, this expansive private vacation home is designed to provide a fun and excitement-filled vacation for multiple families or large groups of friends. 

Upon entering on the main level you are greeting by the most inviting space for the entire group to gather and entertain. Centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television, the living room offers comfortable furnishings set under vaulted ceilings. Overlooking the living room is a gourmet kitchen boasting custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 5 guests. The adjacent dining area is equipped with a large table that seats 10 guests and enjoys access to the large deck with a barbecue grill and abundant outdoor furnishings. Just off the living area is a small bar and sitting area. 

Head downstairs to find a large family room featuring a pool table, foosball table, card table, and a bar. Certain to be a focal point of your mountain vacation, the family room includes a sitting area focused on a flat screen television. Step out onto the back deck to find a large yard with a private hot tub, fire-pit, and hiking/biking trails at the base of the mountain.

Eight bedrooms are distributed over the multiple levels of the home providing sleeping arrangements for up to 27 guests. Two bedrooms on the main level are furnished with King beds, televisions, and private bathrooms, one has direct access to the deck holding the private hot tub. Two of the upper level bedrooms offer King beds, televisions, and include private bathrooms. The two remaining upper level bedrooms share a full bathroom, one is equipped with Two Queen beds while the other has one Queen bed.

Two guest bedrooms are located off of the family room on the lower level and utilize a full bathroom that is attached to one of the bedrooms. Ideal for the kids in the group, these two bedrooms are bunk rooms, one with a Twin Bunk bed and a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and full on the bottom, the other has Two Twin Bunk beds plus a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on the top and Full on the bottom.

Soda Ridge Residence provides plenty of parking with a private garage and a driveway large enough for five cars.
