Spread over three levels, this 3 bedroom plus den vacation rental with 3.5 bathrooms features a middle-level living room offering comfortable furnishings arranged next to a gas fireplace, wall-mounted television, game table and french doors opening to a deck. Down the hall, past the half bathroom and laundry area, is a combination kitchen and dining area with seating for 8 at the dining table, two at the breakfast island, and a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the three-story residence. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom includes a private bathroom with a double-sink vanity, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, one is furnished with a Queen bed while the other offers two Twin beds. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided in the ground level den which includes a sitting area with a sofa and television, Captain's bunk with a Twin on top and Full on the bottom, full bathroom in the hall and access to the back patio equipped with a barbecue grill.
