Down the hall, past the half bathroom and laundry area, is a combination kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 at the dining table, two at the breakfast island, and a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Two spacious bedrooms are located on the upper level of the three-story residence. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom includes a private bathroom with a double-sink vanity, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
