Cozy sofas and chairs sit in front of a large fireplace and flat screen television, while the view is of a tranquil forest. Around the corner, a generous gourmet kitchen offers all the culinary essentials including high end appliances and an island breakfast bar with seating for two. In the adjacent dining area, a lovely table can seat up to 10 guests in both chairs and a long cozy wraparound bench seat. Several glass doors lead to the back patio which boasts a gas grill and a relaxing private hot tub set among beautiful trees, under the stars.

There are five comfortably appointed bedrooms spread across this charming Breckenridge home. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom offers plush bedding, a delightful wooded view and a spacious private bathroom boasting a deep jetted tub and separate shower. In the loft space, an additional bedroom features a cozy bed and private bathroom with beautiful tile and a shower. The three remaining bedrooms are located on Spicewood Lodge’s main level and offer a variety of bedding options and comfortable furnishings. One boasts a private bathroom while the other two share a hallway bathroom.

For slopes access, beginner skiers or riders can walk out and experts can ski-in from the property to ski runs on Peak 10. Guests below the expert level are recommended to take the complimentary shuttle or drive to parking at the free Ice Rink Lot or the F (pay) lot in town.
