Set under two story vaulted ceilings, the main level living room of this with 5 bedroom, 5 full and 2 half bathroom contemporary residence offers designer furnishings centered on a gas fireplace beneath a wall-mounted television. Overlooking the living room, the gourmet kitchen features a large breakfast island with seating for 4 guests, high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and an adjacent dining area with seating for 10 guests that has access to the heated patio which holds a barbecue grill and private hot tub.

Step down to the lower level to find a spacious sunken family room featuring a big screen TV, arcade game, air hockey and a climbing wall. No need to venture far when everyone gets hungry and thirsty from all this activity as there is a wet bar complete with a beverage refrigerator and sink.

Occupying the upper level, the primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, gas fireplace, private deck with a fire pit table, and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and steam shower. Two main level guest bedrooms are located off of the living area, one offers a King bed and attached bathroom while the other has a Queen bed and private bathroom. Two lower level bedrooms are bunk rooms, each with private bathrooms. One of the bunk rooms features two Twin-over-Double bunks while the other offers three sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks.

Additional amenities include a Sonos sound system, full laundry room and mud room coming in from the 2-car garage where you’ll also find a boot dryer and EV charger. There is additional parking in the driveway for two vehicles. And guests will enjoy air conditioning in warmer months. Complimentary use of the private shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, makes getting around easy using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
