Gather and entertain in the expansive Great Room of this 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom mountain retreat featuring vaulted ceilings, walls of windows and a comfortably furnished living room arranged in front of a gas fireplace. Glass doors in the living room open to a large deck offering plush outdoor seating with a fire pit, wood-pellet grill and inspiring mountain views. Set off of the living room, the dining area accommodates 8 guests with 4 more seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. Granite countertops and a full suite of quality appliances adorn the kitchen which overlooks the living room and dining area.

Down the hall from the living room is a private den appointed with a sleeper sofa, a perfect spot for relaxing with a book. Venture to the lower level family room where you will find a comfortably furnished sitting area in front of a gas fireplace and wall-mounted television that also has a pull-down projection screen for movie night. This spacious area includes a wet bar, game table, Foosball table, multi-game arcade machine, electric piano and access to the back patio where the private hot tub awaits. 

Located on the main level, the primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed, gas fireplace and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and steam shower. Providing an added level of privacy, one of the guest bedrooms sits above the garage and offers a King bed, private deck and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Set off of the family, the lower level King bedroom enjoys a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. Furnished with two Queen beds, the other lower level bedroom utilizes an attached full bathroom shared with the family room. Additional sleeping accommodations are provided by two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds located in an alcove off of the family room.
