Stretching over 4,975 square feet, this 5 bedroom luxury vacation home is ideally designed for large groups of up to 12 guests to entertain within its expansive interior featuring multiple living areas spread over three levels of meticulously appointed living space.

Two-story vaulted ceilings and walls of window encase the sprawling Great Room in this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom mountain retreat offering leather furnishings focused on a stone fireplace and wall-mounted television. Step out through the glass door in the living room to the upper level deck equipped with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy seating area off of the living room, gather around the adjacent dining table accommodating 10 guests, or sit at the breakfast bar with spots for 4 guests while the chef prepares the evening's meal. Spacious and open to the living space, the gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliance and granite countertops with easy access to the laundry room located behind the kitchen.

Set off of the living room on the main level, the wet bar, complete with a mini-fridge, sink and seating for 4 guests adds to the entertainment opportunities. Those needing to fit in some work while on vacation will appreciate the private office located off of the living room and primary bedroom. If the mountains don't provide enough exercise, the fitness room includes a collection of equipment for some intensive workouts. 

Continuing with the theme of entertainment, the lower level family room invites the group to relax in front of the fireplace and wall-mounted television for movie night, partake in a game of shuffleboard or have some fun on the multi-game video machine. Convenience is offered with the wet bar equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge. Step out back to relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the Rocky Mountain sunsets. Perched on the top level, the kids play room will keep the young ones engaged with fun toys, games and books.

Appointed with a King bed, the main level primary bedroom includes a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two upper level guest bedrooms are furnished with King beds and include private bathrooms with walk-in showers. Two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom on the lower level, one is equipped with a King bed while the bunk room is outfitted with two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds.

For guest convenience, complimentary shuttle service to Breckenridge is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
