Enjoy an authentic Western mountain retreat in this 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 4.5 bathrooms, where your entire group of up to 10 can gather and entertain in the main level Great Room, set under vaulted ceilings and centered on a comfortably furnishing living room arranged in front of a gas fireplace and television. Open to the living room, the gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliances and granite countertops with breakfast bar seating for three guests. Adjacent to the living area is a round mahogany dining table that seats eight with convenient French door access to the back deck outfitted with a barbecue grill, outdoor dining area and a private hot tub, all in a forested setting with a privacy fence.
Step down to the lower level family room appointed with a cozy sitting area with a television, foosball table and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, mini-fridge, and microwave plus bar seating for three. An additional lounge area is located in the upper level loft where you will find another sitting area set in front of a wall-mounted television.
Furnished with a King bed, the main level primary bedroom includes a private bathroom equipped with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms are located on the upper level, one is equipped with a King bed and private bathroom while the other offers two Twin beds and an attached bathroom shared with the upper level loft lounge. Outfitted with a Queen bed, the lower level guest bedroom has an attached bathroom that is shared with the family room.
