Enter on the main level of this 3 bedroom townhome rental with 4 bathrooms to encounter an open living area presenting the most inviting space to gather and entertain. Designer furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the cozy living room which is open to the dining area and kitchen. Eight guests are accommodated at the dining table with another four stools at the adjacent breakfast bar in the kitchen. Polished stone countertops and high-end appliances appoint the kitchen which overlooks the living room and dining area. Step out onto the back deck to grill up a meal or relax in the private hot tub.

Three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the residence providing bedding to sleep up to 8 guests. The primary suite is appointed with a King bed, gas fireplace, and private bathroom boasting a soaking tub and oversized glass-walled shower. Both of the guest bedrooms include private bathrooms, one is furnished with a King bed while the other offers a Queen bed plus a Queen sleeper sofa.
