Stonegate Residence's Great Room sits on the main level of the home and boasts vaulted ceilings along with an open floor plan that is ideal for entertaining. Framed by a wall of massive windows that expose spectacular mountain views, the recessed living room is focused on a large rock wall gas fireplace and includes comfortable furnishings and a flat screen television. Two sets of French doors provide access to a paved deck where dramatic north facing scenic vistas are enjoyed. Just up a few stairs from the living room is the gourmet kitchen, adorned with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and an island breakfast bar with seating for four guests. Set off of the kitchen, the dining area has a table large enough to accommodate 10 people and overlooks the sunken living room area. A ski room with tons of storage and a half bathroom are also located on the main level.

Five bedrooms are spread throughout the three levels of the Stonegate Residence. An enormous master suite encompasses the entire top level of the home offering a flat screen television, private balcony, a fireplace, and a private bathroom with a steam shower and a separate jetted tub. An additional guest bedroom is located on the main floor, tastefully furnished and including a private bathroom outfitted with a steam shower and jetted tub. The three remaining guest bedrooms all located on the lower level, each are equipped with a private bathroom.

For added relaxation and recreation, the lower level family room contains a large comfortable sectional sofa and television as well as a kitchenette. From the south side of the home, there’s a paved area where the private hot tub beckons guests with aching muscles, plus a gas grill and stairs which lead to the Sundance Ski Run.
