This open floor plan allows for the entire group to gather while the over 4,400 square feet of living space spread over multiple levels (serviced by a private elevator) provides ample space for some private time away from the party. Three bedrooms occupy the upper level, each with a private bathroom and ideal bedding for larger groups of friends or multiple families with children. Furnished with a King bed, the upper level master suite can also be made into a room with Two Twin beds. Two Double beds are offered in one of the guest bedrooms while the other has a Double Bunk Bed. In the main level master suite guests will find a King bed and access to a private deck. Additional bedding is provided by a Queen Sleeper sofa in the upper level den/media room while the entry level is home to a ping pong table.
