Enjoy the rustic atmosphere and open living spaces of this 4 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom duplex vacation home located in the heart of Summit County within a short drive to all of the area ski resorts. Featuring quality furnishings and all of the comforts of home, your group of up to 15 guests will appreciate the space and amenities designed to enhance your mountain vacation experience.

Set under vaulted ceilings with wood-beam accents and walls of windows, the main level living room features leather sofas set in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television with access to the front deck through glass doors. Overlooking the living space is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 3 guests and a dining area seating 8 guests located between the kitchen and living room. Open to the living room below, the loft area includes a Double Futon, television, and Foosball table.

Four bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the residence providing a variety of bedding to sleep up to 15 guests when including the futon in the loft. Outfitted with a King bed, Double Futon, and gas fireplace, the master suite sits on the upper level and boasts an attached bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower that is shared with the loft space. Two guest bedrooms furnished with Queen beds are located on the main level, one includes a private bathroom and access to the deck while the other has an attached bathroom shared with the living space and direct access to the back patio housing the private hot tub. Occupying the lower level, the fourth bedroom is a large, open space equipped with a Double bed, Twin bunk bed, Double Futon, and includes access to a street-level patio as well as a private bathroom.

After a day of outdoor adventure return to relax in the private hot tub, grill a scrumptious meal, or head over to the neighborhood clubhouse offering a full list of amenities including a steam room, fitness room, ball courts, and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Access to the Summit County free shuttle is just a short, 5 minute walk from the home.
