Full Description

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this comfortably appointed 4 bedroom vacation rental with 2.5 bathrooms located on the Big Wood River just a ten minute walk from the lifts in Sun Valley's River Run base area. Spread over two levels with 1,800 square feet of living space to accommodate up to 11 guests, you will enjoy all of the amenities of home for a fun and relaxing Sun Valley vacation.

On the main level you will find a cozy living room, facing west for views of the river, with a 50-inch flat screen television set above a gas fireplace. There is access to a deck off the living area, with outdoor chairs and gas grill. Open to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that will seat 8, plus another small table at the other end of the living area for 4 guests. Also located on this level is the half bath and full size washer/dryer located in a closet by the entry.

Head up the spiral staircase to find the 4 bedrooms. The master has a King bed, access to a small deck and ensuite bath with shower only and single vanity. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds with a ladder to a loft that also has 2 twin beds, the ideal room for all of the kids. Furnished with a set of bunks offering a full on the bottom and twin on top, the third bedroom has high ceilings with great light and a ceiling fan. Also featuring access to a small deck, the final bedroom has a King bed. A full bathroom in the hallway on the top level is accessed by the three guest bedrooms.

Sun & Powder Condo is located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby access to bike path and just a 10 minute walk to downtown Ketchum as well as the ski slopes. There is outdoor parking for 2 vehicles and a grassy play area with a fire pit and picnic tables.
