Elegantly appointed, this five bedroom duplex vacation home sits on a ridge overlooking the Yampa Valley with breathtaking views of the most dramatic mountain sunsets and a location that is a mere mile and a half from the Silver Bullet Gondola with free shuttle service to the slopes. Offering over 4,750 square feet of living space spread over multiple levels, Sun Ridge Lodge is the ultimate accommodations for multiple families or large groups of up to fourteen friends wanting luxury lodging in a location that is peaceful yet minutes from all of the Steamboat attractions.

An open floor plan greets guests in the main level Great Room boasting designer furnishings centered on a stone fireplace and under vaulted ceilings. Two-story windows in the Great Room afford spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains that are also found from the large deck that features an outdoor fireplace and patio furnishings. Just off of the living room is a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. An adjacent dining area offers seating for ten guests and includes a sitting area with two comfortable loveseats. Comfortably appointed, the lower level family room has a cozy sitting area with a flat screen television, wet bar, and pool table. Additional amenities include a private out door hot tub, house-wide sound system, game system, ski lockers, and a glass elevator.

Throughout the multiple levels of Sun Ridge Lodge are five spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms, all featuring flat screen televisions and three including private bathrooms. Two of the upper level bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds, one has a private bathroom while the other shares a bathroom with the Bunk Room that has Two Twin Bunk beds. Furnished with a King bed, the main level master suite includes a luxurious private bathroom with a glass-stall shower and large soaking tub. Another master suite on the lower level is furnished with a King bed and includes a private bathrooms. Two Twin air mattresses are available upon request for additional sleeping space.
