A massive stone fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere while the oversized windows bring the surrounding nature right into the living space. A glass doors on beside the fireplace provides access to an outdoor deck offering stunning views of Baldy Mountain and the town of Breckenridge below. Just beyond the living room space, a gourmet kitchen stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with room for four offers everything needed to prepare tasty meals.  Seating for 10 guests is afforded at the large dining table that sits off the kitchen.

Located on the lower level, the family room is outfitted with cozy leather sofas, a large flat screen television, and a roaring fireplace. A wet bar containing a stainless steel sink, granite countertop, and a wine chiller adds to the convenience of this space. Access to the lower level patio offering a private hot tub, barbecue grill, outdoor furnishings, and a fire pit is found through a glass door next to the wet bar. The home’s main floor also features a mud room right near the entrance stocked with tons of storage and benches to aid with your party’s ski gear. Sunrise Ski Haus contains a two-car garage along with three outdoor spaces.

Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite sits on the main floor and includes a flatscreen television, and a private bathroom with a deep tub, walk-in shower, and two sinks. The remaining three bedrooms are all located on the lower level off of the family room. Offering a King bed, the guest primary bedroom has a flatscreen television, access to the back patio, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sharing a bathroom, the remaining bedrooms are equipped with a Queen in one and two sets of Twin bunk beds in the other.
