From this elegantly appointed four bedroom plus den townhome with three and a half bathrooms situated in the middle of a massive triplex guests are a mere one minute complimentary private shuttle ride to the lifts and a short drive to downtown Steamboat. 

Open and inviting, the main level Great Room is the ideal space for everyone in the group to gather and entertain. Focused on a stone fireplace and flat screen television, quality furnishings fill the cozy living room, set under vaulted ceilings, and offering an adjacent dining area with seating for ten. Overlooking the living room and dining area is a gourmet kitchen boasting granite countertops, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. A bonus den provides additional sleeping space on a Queen Sleeper Sofa with a Tempurpedic mattress and includes a large screen television. Located on the upper level rear deck is a private hot tub where guests will enjoy relaxing after a day of fun activities in and around Steamboat Springs.

Sunshine Peak Chalet provides four tastefully appointed bedrooms with bedding designed to comfortably accommodate up to thirteen guests. Furnished with a King bed, flat screen television, and sitting area, the master suite includes a private bathroom and offers spectacular mountain views. Another bedroom with a private bathroom is equipped with a Queen bed, the third bedroom offers Two Twin beds that can be combined to form a King, and the Bunk room has Two Twin Bunk beds to sleep four. All bedrooms include flat screen televisions and Sunshine Peak Chalet is equipped with Netflix, 3D Blu-Ray, a game system, and Sonos sound system throughout the residence.
