Nestled among the trees just five and a half miles from the town of Winter Park and eight and half miles from the slopes, Suter Chalet offers a unique, cabin experience with ample space to spread out and a variety of attractive vacation amenities. This 3,500 square foot log cabin boasts three bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms and is nicely outfitted to accommodate up to eight guests in beds, 10 with a large air mattress. Enjoy true mountain living surrounded by incredible views and comfortable furnishings in a quiet, serene locale.

Vaulted log beam ceilings and a multitude of windows create an open and sunny atmosphere in the main floor living room. Several comfy sofas and chairs are centered on a custom-built white marble fireplace that stretches from floor-to-ceiling. The adjacent kitchen features hickory cabinetry, warm tile flooring and all of your culinary necessities, including a breakfast bar, which can seat up to four guests.  A long solid wood table in the neighboring dining area can accommodate 10 people, while glass doors provide access to the large wrap-around deck which offers stunning Continental Divide views, along with an incredible outdoor kitchen. A stainless steel stove top, BBQ and tons of counter space sit next to a dining table and chairs, perfectly tucked under the log covered porch. This space can be utilized year-round just dress warm to enjoy an apres ski beverage or cookout in the winter time. On the lowest level of this adorable mountain cabin, a cozy family room provides the ideal spot to relax and catch a movie, play a board game or watch a favorite TV show. A massive flat screen television sits in the corner while plush furnishings and a fireplace create a warm and inviting ambience. Also on this level, a small mud room with a coat rack and cubbies keeps your crew’s gear organized, taking some stress off of the morning slopes routine.   

Suter Chalet features three bedrooms, all furnished with comfortable bedding and lodge-like decor. On the third level, the master bedroom boasts a quaint office, if work beckons at any time throughout your stay. Enjoy a private generously-sized bedroom offering a comfy bed, private gas fireplace and a seating area. In the master bathroom, a grand tiled shower features two shower heads, while a large walk-in closet and access to a private deck add to the charm of this oversized space. The two remaining guest rooms sit on the main level, feature relaxed furnishings, and share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

To access the slopes of Winter Park and Mary Jane, or the town’s shops and restaurants, a complimentary shuttle is 530 yards away and runs every 30 minutes during the daytime.
