Spread over 4,000 square feet, with multiple living areas and preferred vacation amenities, Talon Way Residence promises a park City vacation filled with fun and comfort. Ideally located midway between the main base area and the Canyons Village base area of the Park City Mountain Resort, your group of up to 10 will appreciate the convenient location of this luxury 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom duplex vacation home.

Designed for entertaining, the main level boasts an open layout with vaulted ceilings and large windows that highlight the spectacular mountain views. Offering an inviting space for the entire group to gather, the living room features a large sofa focused on a wood-burning fireplace and large screen television. Equipped with high-end appliances and granite countertops, the gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four guests and overlooks the living room. An adjacent dining table seats eight and has access to the deck with outdoor seating. Up a few steps from the living room is a large mud room with plenty of cubbies to store all of your gear and benches to get ready for a day of outdoor adventures.

Just off of the main level living room is the large master suite with a King bed that boasts a fireplace, access to the deck, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub, stall shower, and dual vanities. Two bedrooms are located on the second level, both include private bathrooms, one has a King bed and the other offers a Queen bed. Furnished with two Twin beds plus a Twin with a Twin Trundle (sleeps 4), the lower level bedroom shares an attached bathroom with the family room.

Set under two-story ceilings, the lower level family room provides a second living space for the group to spread out and relax. Comfortable furnishings are centered on a wood-burning fireplace and large screen television in the sitting area equipped with an adjacent wet bar. Off of the sitting area is a pool table and access to the bak patio featuring a private hot tub. In addition to a two car garage, included with the residence is complimentary use of a reserved garage parking space at the base area of Park City Mountain Resort.
