Up to six people can comfortably kick back and relax in this charming private home, within close proximity to the slopes, Main Street, the ice rink and historical museums.

After an exhilarating day on the slopes or exploring the town’s sites, the living room offers the ideal spot to gather and unwind. Several sofas and chairs are thoughtfully placed around the room, while a large flat screen television sits off to the side. Around the corner of this one-level getaway, a natural wood adorned kitchen features high-end stainless appliances, gorgeous countertops, a cozy table for four, and everything needed to create home cooked meals, or a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. Just off the kitchen, a generous mud room is stocked with ample gear and equipment storage, allowing guests to stay organized and on schedule throughout their stay. On those nicer sunny days, the backyard/patio features a table and chairs, along with a grill, providing an excellent spot to enjoy the scenery and crisp mountain air.

Three well-appointed guest bedrooms were designed with your comfort in mind, boasting comfortable furnishings and plenty of storage space. Each bedroom offers plush bedding, while two of the guest rooms also feature large wall-mounted flat screen televisions. All three bedrooms share a full bathroom, boasting a shower/bathtub combination, one sink, and the convenience of a full sized washer and dryer.

Guests can experience this incredible ski town’s amenities with ease as Main Street’s dining, shopping and nightlife are just a four-block walk away, while historical museums, sites and walking tours begin just steps from the front door. For daily access to the Breckenridge slopes, Terrill House sits 0.6 miles from the gondola, one mile to the Peak 9 base and just one block from the complimentary shuttle stop.
