Timber Hill Chalet is a cozy and spacious five bedroom private retreat, offering all the comforts of home plus an attractive array of vacation amenities guaranteed to please everyone in your party. Located close to everything Breckenridge has to offer, this alpine home is nicely outfitted to sleep up to 16 guests, and boasts ski-in/walk-out access to the slopes, a short drive to town and just steps to the complimentary shuttle stop.

With a warm and inviting feel, the main living room boasts a plush leather sofa and four side chairs perfectly placed in front of a gas fireplace, with gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy. Around the corner, the large gourmet kitchen offers high end stainless appliances, beautiful countertops and all of your cooking essentials, with an adjacent dining table for eight. Just off the living room, there’s a relaxing den featuring a large leather sectional, a flat screen television and lots of sunny windows. Also on this level, a massive wrap around deck offers seating, incredible views and a tranquil, private hot tub. One of the most popular spots in the house is certain to be the games room, a converted garage offering a pool table, ping pong table and a foosball table, along with a large television, gaming system and comfy leather sofa. If a more quiet space is desired, a quaint loft in between two of the bedrooms boasts a sitting area and an additional television.

Five well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms offer relaxation and privacy for you and your guests.  Located on the second level, the master suite is spacious and sunny, with a television, a seating area and a large private bathroom, offering a glass shower and an indulgent jetted tub. Down the hall, bedrooms two and three boast plush bedding and televisions, with a shared bathroom. Up one floor, the fourth and fifth guest rooms feature cozy furnishings, with a trundle bed and sleeper sofa in the loft space for any extra guests.

Advanced skiers have access to both the Beaver Run and Quick Silver Lift via a short walk to backcountry trails. Guests are also just a half of block from the complimentary shuttle stop, which runs every 20 minutes during the winter months from 7:30 am until 11:00 pm.  Main Street’s restaurants, retail shops and nightlife is also just a short five minute drive from Timber Hill Chalet.
