Offering an open layout, the second level Great Room is comprised of the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Sunny and bright, the living room features comfortable furnishings centered on a flat screen television and a gas fireplace and framed by a wall of windows that expose breathtaking views of the Continental Divide. Just off to the side of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that seats four guests and an adjacent dining area with seating for eight as well as access to a wooden deck boasting outdoor seating and a gas grill.

Spread throughout the three levels of Timber Lake 341 are three bedrooms with one located on each floor for increased privacy. Each bedroom offers a private bathroom, the main master suite sits on the upper level tucked away for added privacy. There is also a hide-a-bed located in the loft space for additional sleeping accommodations. A stone walkway off of the lower level leads to a private hot tub where guests can unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings after a full day of fun on the slopes. Timber Lake 341 also offers a one car garage and laundry room along with a powder room on the main level.
