Perched above the town of Silverthorne in the Wildernest neighborhood, Timber Ridge is centrally located to all of the area resorts providing a convenient base within 20 minutes of several of the top mountain resorts in the country including Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and A-Basin. This 2 bedroom condominium rental with 2 bathrooms features a cozy layout offers quality vacation accommodations in a prime mountain setting with free shuttle access throughout the county just a block away.

Upon entering Timber Ridge you are greeted by a small foyer with table, lamp, and some games for your enjoyment. To the right of the entry is the fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with a breakfast bar, and all of the essentials to prepare meals throughout your stay. An adjacent dining area seats six and sits beside the sliding door accessing the deck. Tremendous mountain views will be enjoyed from the private deck. Quality furnishings adorn the living area which is focused on gas fireplace and flat screen television. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom while the guest bedroom utilizes the hall bathroom, both are equipped with shower/tub combos.

While staying at Timber Ridge you will enjoy access to the club house with 2 hot tubs, a large heated indoor pool , sauna, ping pong/ Foosball table, and laundry facilities room. There is also a meeting room, an upstairs lounge area with a wet bar, gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. There is also an indoor racquetball court. Outside our clubhouse is a tennis court, as well as a large, recently updated wood deck with picnic tables and grill area overlooking the majestic Rocky Mountains.
