Full Description

From its perch on one of the highest points in Winter Park this upscale 5 bedroom private home rental with 4.5 bathrooms commands stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Guests staying at Timber Ridge Lodge are a short drive from the shops and restaurants on Winter Park's Main Street as well as the Winter Park Ski Resort which is just three miles away.

Set under vaulted ceilings, the living room is framed by large windows and boasts contemporary furnishings centered on a flat screen television and double-sided, stone framed fireplace. With upscale appliances and a stone breakfast bar, the gourmet kitchen looks out on the living room and dining area, where the opposing side of the double-sided fireplace faces. Seating for 5 is offered at the large breakfast bar while the dining table accommodates 8 guests. Access to a wrap-around deck, equipped with a fire pit table, outdoor dining table and barbecue grill is just off of the dining area.

Step downstairs to the spacious family room featuring a comfortably furnished sitting area with a television as well as a pool table and wet bar. Off of the family room is a private hot tub on the back patio where you can sooth the muscles while enjoying the amazing Rocky Mountain sunsets.

Five bedrooms are distributed over the two levels of the home providing bedding for up to 17 guests. Furnished with a King bed, the main level primary suite enjoys a private balcony and includes a luxurious private bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two lower level bedrooms are appointed with King beds, include access to private decks, and enjoy private bathrooms. Sharing a bathroom with the family room, one of the bunk rooms offers two sets of Twin/Full bunk beds plus two Twin Trundle beds while the other is equipped with a Twin/Full bunk. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the family room.
