Step out onto the private balcony to captivating views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon. Just off of the living room is a dining table with seating for 6 guests and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. Outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen provides all of the essentials for preparing tasty meals throughout your mountain vacation.

Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite includes a private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers another King bed and accesses an attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Providing additional sleeping accommodations, the den is equipped with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed.

Guests enjoy access to the property's central hot tub and grilling deck. Your retreat is situated just a short walk to the shores of Lake Dillon and alongside the extensive bike path with miles of lovely scenery. Less than 3 miles away, catch a thrill at Frisco Adventure Park. There’s tubing, snowshoeing, and sleigh rides, as well as a classic chuck wagon experience. During warmer months, rent a tandem kayak, a paddleboard, or a fishing boat at Frisco Bay Marina. The Summit Stage bus stop is a five minute walk providing access to all of the area's resorts and mountain towns.
