Exposed beams, rich hardwood flooring, and a stone-framed gas fireplace create a rustic Western atmosphere in the spacious living room offering a large leather sofa focused on the fireplace and flatscreen television. A wet bar and access to the upper deck with a barbecue grill is off of the living area.

Overlooking the living room, with a large breakfast bar seating 5 guests, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Viking range and Subzero refrigerator, granite countertops, and a wine fridge. An adjacent dining area is outfitted with a large table seating 8 guests. Head down to the lower level to find a  cozy family room, gear room, garage, and access to the back patio hosting the private hot tub set in the beautiful pine forest with views of Rendezvous Mountain and the top of the Tram..

Three bedrooms, all including private bathrooms, plus a loft are spread over the multiple levels of the 3,211 square foot residence providing bedding for up to 10 guests. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom sits on one end of the lower level and features a gas fireplace, flat-screen television, walk-in closet with built-in alder cabinetry and a sunny morning patio. Two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with two sets of Twin bunk beds are located on other side of the lower level with direct access to the patio and hot tub. There is an additional loft with two Twin beds, accessible by a spiral staircase from the main level.
