Ideally designed for entertaining, the gourmet kitchen overlooks the living area and is equipped with professional grade appliances, including a Viking range, black granite breakfast bar with four stools, and a dining area with seating for eight. Access to the large deck boasting spectacular mountain views, a barbecue grill, and outdoor furnishings is off of the dining area and living room.

On the lower level there is a mud room with ski and gear storage, hooks for hanging clothes, and cubbies for boots and shoes. There are two balconies and a lower level patio which holds a private hot tub enjoying captivating views and the scent of the pine forest for winding down after a day on the slopes or exploring the nearby Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The garage has parking for two vehicles with additional parking outside for two additional vehicles.

Three bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of this 3,210 square foot residence. Occupying the third level with a private staircase leading up, the primary suite is outfitted with a California King bed, custom cabinetry, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony. Two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, one is furnished with a Queen bed while the other offers two Twin beds. Each of the three bedrooms have flatscreen televisions and each has a beautifully appointed full en-suite bathroom with in-floor heat. The bathrooms in the King and Queen bedrooms include soaking tubs along with separate rain showers.
