Time’s Accommodations

There are four different properties located under the Time umbrella, each with its own lodging options and amenities. All are situated in close proximity to one another, in El Golf de Las Condes neighborhood of Santiago. Parking is included, with one spot per suite or apartment.

Rugendas Hotel: Built in 1996 and named after famous German painter Juan Mauricio Rugendas, this charming hotel features 51 rooms, an on-site restaurant and bar, and a modern business center.

Standard Room- Featuring 193 square feet of living space, each of the 19 standard rooms offer one King sized bed or two twin beds, a television with cable, Wi-Fi, and a writing desk. Enjoy large closets, air conditioning and heating, and an elegant bathroom.

Superior Room- At 258 square feet, all 29 superior rooms offer a bit more space to relax, a King sized bed, a television with cable, and Wi-Fi. A desk, safe box and air conditioning/heating are also standard in each premium room. Bathrooms are luxurious and offer an additional telephone.

Junior Suite- There are two junior suites in the Rugendas Hotel, measuring 548 square feet. Enjoy a cozy living room with a workspace, a television with cable, and a seating area. Also boasts a King sized bed, air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, and large closets.

Select: Brimming with desirable features designed to fit your lifestyle, Select offers a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor pool boasting panoramic views of the Andes, and a relaxing, outdoor hot tub. (Pools are open seasonally from November 25 to March 15.)

Standard Suite- One cozy room offering 312 square feet of sophisticated living space with a minibar and your choice of one King or two twin beds. Enjoy the use of a grill microwave, a mini-dishwasher, and a large flat screen television, along with the latest in technology connectivity. A small terrace with lovely views is available in certain suites.

Business Suite- With a bit more space at 398 square feet, each business suite features a King bed and a quaint seating area with a sofa, and a large flat screen television. You’ll love the convenience of a kitchenette, boasting a grill microwave and a vitroceramic hobs (hot plate that serves as an oven). Also features multimedia connectivity, with a terrace in some suites.

Executive Suite- Featuring 624 square feet of living space, pamper yourself in these two-room luxury spaces. Enjoy a seating area with a desk boasting multimedia connectivity, a plush sofa, and a large television, along with a kitchenette offering a grill microwave, a vitroceramic hobs and a minibar. A comfortable King sized bed provides a good night’s rest in the bedroom.

Top Suite- Experience the pinnacle of luxury and technology in this 710 square foot retreat. Featuring two living areas plus one King bedroom, there is ample space for up to four guests to spread out and relax. Enjoy a plush sofa bed, desk, and two large flat screen televisions, plus a kitchenette offering a refrigerator, grill microwave, and vitroceramic hobs. A terrace provides wonderful city and mountain views.

Suite: Designed for privacy and coziness, Suite offers the ideal space for both business travelers and tourists, packed with attractive amenities and state-of-the-art-technology. Suite features a fully equipped fitness center, an outdoor pool boasting incredible panoramic views, and a soothing sauna.

Suite- One room suites offer 301 square feet of living space, with your choice of one King bed or two twins. Desirable features include a large flat screen television and a kitchenette with a grill microwave.

One-Bedroom Apartment- Measuring 484 square feet, these apartments boast a living room with a Queen sofa bed, a large flat screen television, and a kitchen. Step out onto the terrace for your morning coffee or to cozy up with a book. Choose from one King bed or two twins in the spacious bedroom.

Two-Bedroom Apartment- Perfect for families or a small group of friends, each 667 square foot apartment sleeps up to six guests with a sofa bed. The main bedroom offers a Queen sized bed or two twins, with two twin beds in the second guest room. A cozy living room features a sofa, and a large flat screen television, along with an adjacent kitchen, and a charming terrace. Two bathrooms provide luxury and privacy.

Apartment: Ideal for both short and long stays, each apartment is furnished with your comfort in mind. The building is located in a quiet residential section of town, and offers the convenience of breakfast service via an American Buffet, served in a restaurant just 50 yards away.

Studio- Each 344 square foot studio boasts a living room with a kitchenette, a large flat screen television, and a writing desk. Bedrooms offer a Queen bed with a luxurious bathroom.

One-Bedroom Apartment- At 527 square feet, you’ll enjoy ample living space including a living room with a Queen sofa bed, a large flat screen television, a kitchen, and a cozy dining area. The bedroom boasts a Queen sized bed with a private lux bathroom. Some also feature a lovely outdoor terrace.

Two-Bedroom Apartment- Featuring 700 square feet of elegant living space, enjoy a warm and inviting living room offering a Queen sofa bed and a large flat screen television, along with a full kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom boasts a Queen sized bed, while bedroom two features either two twins or one twin sized bed. There are two deluxe bathrooms for the utmost privacy, and a quaint terrace offers outdoor seating with a view.
