With over 6,000 square feet of sophisticated living space, this seven bedroom, five and a half bathroom residence can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, and is the ultimate Steamboat vacation home for multiple families and large groups of friends. Kick back and relax among luxurious, yet cozy furnishings and enjoy an open layout along with an extensive offering of vacation amenities ideal for entertaining.

Spacious and open, the great room on the main level features multiple sitting areas; one boasting a comfortable sofa and two half-moon chairs centered on a stone fireplace, the other- a plush sectional and leather chairs focused on a large flat screen television. Vaulted wood ceilings and an abundance of windows add a bright, airy atmosphere to the living space. On the same level behind the massive fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen offers hardwood flooring and upscale appliances along with a gorgeous island breakfast bar with four high-top chairs. Flanking both sides of the kitchen, guests can choose to dine in either the breakfast area at a cozy table for six, or the dining area, which hosts a table large enough to seat 10 people.

Your favorite spot at Trails Edge Lodge, will easily be the lower level family room. Featuring two distinct gathering spaces plus a cozy kitchenette offering a pub table and chairs, some will choose to relax and swap stories on the large sectional sofa, while others will prefer the plethora of leather furnishings centered on a massive 75” LCD TV with cable and AppleTV. Just off the family room, a games area boasts a pool table, foosball table and wet bar, ensuring everyone is satiated and having fun. Located outside of the lower level, a relaxing private hot tub allows you to recharge your body and mind while enjoying a lovely sunset or starry sky.  

Seven beautifully appointed bedrooms are spread over three generous levels at Trails Edge Lodge. On the upper level, a spacious master suite features a plush King bed, private fireplace and a writing desk. Pamper yourself in the master bathroom, offering a luxurious jetted tub and dual vanity. Also perched on the upper level, the guest bedroom features a King bed, wall-mounted flat screen television and a private bathroom boasting a gorgeous tiled shower. Guest bedrooms three and four are also located on the upper level, both furnished with Split King beds that can be divided into two XL Twins and sharing a spa-like bathroom. Designed for the singles or kids in the group, the midlevel bedroom, or bedroom five, is equipped with 5 XL Twin beds, a large flat screen television and a gaming system, while the private bathroom is elegant dorm-style with dual sinks, two toilets and a shower. On the lower level, guest rooms six and seven share a bathroom, one offers a Queen bed while the other has a Split King that can be divided into two XL Twins.

For the utmost in convenience and luxury, you will find the Trails Edge Lodge to be the ideal retreat on the mountain. Not only does the property offer the ability to ski-in/ski-out to and from Steamboat’s infamous champagne powder, guests are also privy to a complimentary private on-call shuttle for transport to downtown or the Gondola Square area.
