Designed for entertaining, the main level great room offers an open concept that includes a living area with gas fireplace, dining area with seating for eight, and gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar seating four. Access the Blue River Bikeway directly behind your home. Step out onto the large deck to enjoy the magnificent Colorado sunset while relaxing in the private hot tub or grilling up dinner. Off of the great room sits the master suite furnished with a king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and glass stall shower. This bedroom also has access to a private deck.

Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level along with a large mud room and garage access. Two of the lower level bedrooms offer king beds, one has a private bathroom while the other shares the hall bathroom with the third bedroom. • Swan Mountain King - sleeps 2 in one king bed, ensuite 3/4 bathroom with shower 
• Miner's Creek Trundle - sleeps 2 to 4 in two trundle beds, shares full hallway bathroom with Gold Hill Trail King
