Treehouse is perfectly situated alongside Carter Park with a winter sledding hill right out the back door. During the summer months, take advantage of the park's soccer field, tennis courts, wilderness trail, sand volleyball, playground and pavilion. The surrounding outdoor serenity echoes the luxurious interior simplicity of the Arts and Crafts design with nature as a welcome guest. 

Treehouse on the Park's main level flows freely and is the soul of the home. A Great Room design with massive, wall-to-wall, picture windows expose the surrounding pine tree setting, creating a feeling of being in the trees. Cathedral ceilings rise above the windows, while rich, cherry wood blankets the floors. The floor-to-ceiling gas, stone fireplace is the heart of the living area surrounded by several flexible, seating spaces. Whether it's a nap on the sofa, a good book in one of the three leather armchairs with ottoman, a card game at the glass, cherry game table for four, or a cozy seat on the stone hearth next to the firelight, there's a place for everyone. Complete with TV/VCR, built-in surround sound system, CD and stereo, all hidden in a custom, cherry cabinet.

The soaring cherry cabinets and endless granite counter tops create a natural separation between the living, dining and kitchen space. The Gourmet Kitchen is truly a chef's playground with all the toys. All major, top of the line, appliances, five-burner cooktop, and two full size sinks. The zigzag shaped granite counter top transforms to a breakfast bar seating six in plush leather stools. The two-sided glass paned, cherry cabinet eludes a natural separation of the kitchen and dining area. Subdued lighting shines through the copper and mica chandelier as it softly illuminates the custom crafted round cherry table. The cherry wood chairs in black leather illustrate comfortable function as the table expands with two extra leaves. From the expanding table, to the breakfast bar and game table, it's a sit down dinner for twenty.

(Sleeps 2) The Americana Master Suite sits by itself just off the great room. The warmth of the firelight from the stone gas fireplace rivals with the mountain views from the coziness of the King bed adorned with a red, white and blue quilt. A red, leather armchair and ottoman is perfectly placed next to the natural light shining through the French doors that lead to a private standing deck. The master bath suite is splashed with ocean blue, crystal granite surrounding the 2 sink vanities, oversized shower stall and the tranquil, therapeutic, Jacuzzi Tub Island. A walk-in closet and washer and dryer are just off the master bath.

(Sleeps 3) Down a few stairs from the Great Room is the Treehouse Movie Theatre, a vintage movie room with custom screen and projector, VCR, DVD and a state-of-the-art, authentic, surround sound system that will blow you away. The front row is lined with 3 oversized, plush armchairs that convert into twin sleepers. The back row - the next tier up - has 2 double seated, leather, lazyboy chairs, seating 4. Enjoy your favorite movies in utter comfort in a one-of-a-kind movie theatre atmosphere.

(Sleeps 3) Passing through the theatre is the Billiards Room. A fun place for a game of pool and private quarters with a peeled log bunk trundle bed. Adjacent full bath.

(Sleeps 2) Up the stairs from the main level, past the front entry foyer is the Study, a cozy nook with an earth tone floral sofa that transforms to a queen sleeper. A private office space in the corner is complete with built-in desk, custom cherry cabinets, phone, and a spacious computer work area for laptops. Also complete with a New Morris, leather and cherry chair, a rocking chair and a miniature kids table seating four.

(Sleeps 2-4) Just up from the study sits the Mary Engelbreit Room. A charming room with Queen bed, designed with fairytale, black iron head and foot board and vibrantly detailed in black and white, yellow and red. Sunny views of Baldy Mountain shine through the window above the blue and white striped love seat that transforms to a double sleeper. Also with two miniature black rocking chairs and dainty colorful furnishings creating a whimsical atmosphere for kids of all ages. Full bath across the hall shared with Buckey's Room.

(Sleeps 1) Down the hall is Buckey's Room, a cozy hideaway with a twin bed, country quilt and natural log furnishings. The window exposes the fun of the sledding hill and the activity of the park. A walk through full bath with tub shower is connected to this room.

On the lowest level of the Treehouse the ceilings soar ten feet high and the bold assembly of rich cherry woodwork adds beautiful detail. The center of this level is overflowing with more amenities. Equipped with an additional refrigerator, microwave, wet bar with sink, more cherry cabinets, a second washer and dryer and walls of extra cabinet storage.

(Sleeps 2) The first bedroom on the left is the Sunbeam Room. Massive, paned windows surround this sunny retreat. A four-post bed is blanketed with colorful blues and greens, and yellow and white stripes exuding a simplistic motif. The built-in shelf ledge that encircles the room, and the window seat/chest add extra functional detail to the room's design. Complete with a private full bath with tub/shower.

(Sleeps 2) Just down the hall to the left is the Stickney Room. More huge windows expose views of the surrounding trees and the mountains behind. The outdoor rhythm of this room's motif accents the queen bed exuding earthy tones of blues, greens and beige and the loveseat armchair that converts to a twin sleeper depicts scenes of fly fishing and canoeing. Connected bath with pedestal sink and shower stall.

(Sleeps 2) At the end of the lower level is the Parkside Suite. The natural beauty of the outdoors pours through the wall-to-wall, humongous paned windows with built-in cherry wood shelf. The heart of the suite is the King, black iron canopy bed, beautified by rosy red, white and beige stripes and floral prints. A red and white seersucker overstuffed armchair that converts to a twin sleeper and ottoman is perfectly placed in the corner to snuggle into a good book. A separate sink vanity of ocean blue, crystal granite is situated just outside the connected Bath Spa. A glass shower transforms into a steam shower for four with two seating levels and the Jacuzzi tub is a tranquil island of therapeutic jetted massage.

Off the lower level is access to the outside hot tub patio. Grab a robe and hot tub towel as you head out to enjoy a soothing soak. Access to a large deck is just off the kitchen. Equipped with gas grill, deck furniture and spectacular views of the park, surrounding trees and mountain landscape.
