Full Description

Presenting an inviting space for the entire group to gather and entertain, the main level living room offers a comfortable sitting area in front of a flatscreen television and gas fireplace with access to the deck through large glass doors. Open to the living room, the adjacent dining area seats 7 at the table with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances and granite countertops with plenty of space for preparing tasty meals throughout your stay.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of the residence providing a variety of bedding for up to 11 guests. Located on the lower level by itself, the bunk room is equipped with a Double-over-Double bunk bed plus a Twin Trundle, a flatscreen television, and accesses to a full bathroom in the hall. Furnished with a King bed, flatscreen television, private balcony, and including a private bathroom, the main level bedroom sits off of the living room. The two upper level bedrooms each have private bathrooms, King beds, and flatscreen televisions.

Your vacation will be filled with fun and excitement as you enjoy the on-site amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, a game room, and a lounge for even more fun to be had close to home base. Venture out to explore all of the area resorts as Treehouse Village is just a short drive to many world-class mountains (14 miles to Copper Mountain; 33 miles to Vail; 17 miles to Breckenridge; 11 miles to Keystone; 15 miles to Arapahoe Basin; 14 miles to Loveland).

From this perch on Buffalo Mountain you will be situated next to the Eagle Nest Wilderness area with endless hiking trails right outside the door. Lake Dillon and the Blue River are just a mile and a half down the hill and free shuttle service is a five minute walk away. The bustling downtowns of Frisco, Breckenridge, Dillon, Silverthorne are a short drive away.
