On the main level, you will find a large modern kitchen with granite countertops, and a bar that seats 10, plus a custom made log dining table  accommodating 14 guests. From the dining area, find the bright and airy main level living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, and entrance to the sweeping outdoor deck and gas grill.Four bedrooms are located on the main level including three bedrooms furnished with King beds and private bathrooms plus ar King + Bunk Suite with Twin/Twin bunk beds. All of the main level bedrooms have walk out access to the main level, wrap-around deck.

Head to the lower level to find an expansive floor offering a second kitchen and bar, stocked game room with a scramble slide, pool table, foosball, air hockey, plus a movie lounge with huge flat screen TV with surround sound and fireplace. From this level, step out onto the lower level patio, to be greeted by a large private hot tub and forest views. Finally, the oversized garage offers parking for two cars plus gear storage and boot warmers.

Two additional guest bedrooms are located on the lower level including the Bunk Suite with four sets of Full/Full bunks and another King Suite. The upper level, also known as The Birds Nest, is one of the two special teen or tween dream zones. Accessed by a spiral staircase, this upper level loft overlooks the main living area designed to be its own little palace. The Birds Nest also has a full sized shuffle board table, card table, full bathroom, and its own little lounge (AKA The Snug) with flat screen TV and DVD player.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage, & three in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted

Location: Quiet neighborhood above Downtown Winter Park. Just minutes from downtown restaurants and shops.  Three miles to Winter Park Resort (short stroll to free winter shuttle stop).
