At over 3,800 square feet, this four bedroom upscale vacation home with three and a half bathrooms provides an abundance of space for multiple families or groups of up to twelve guests. Adventurous guests in the group can actually ski back to the property through an out-of-bounds access gate at the base of Rose Bowl!

On the main level of Trout Pond 89 guests will find a large Great Room that is ideal for the entire group to relax and entertain. Located on the upper level, the master suite is equipped with a King bed and includes a fireplace, television, and private bathroom with a stall shower as well as a separate tub. Two of the guest bedrooms are also furnished with a King bed while the fourth bedroom offers a Queen bed.
