Featuring a wonderful mixture of leather, cowhide, and suede furnishings centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television, the living room offers direct access to the south deck which is equipped with comfy outdoor furnishings, outdoor dining, captivating mountain views, and a relaxing rooftop hot tub.

The living room flows into the kitchen and dining area which boasts a custom timber table with seating for the entire group. Chefs in the group will love the gourmet kitchen outfitted with high-end Viking stainless steel appliances, single serve coffee machine, beautiful custom cabinets, and soapstone countertops with a breakfast bar that seats three. This room opens up to the north deck, which offers a propane grilling area.

All four guest bedrooms are located on one level of the penthouse. The luxurious master suite boasts views of Main Street, a King bed, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub, a relaxing steam shower, and dual sink vanity. Two guest bedrooms, one furnished with a King bed and the other offering a split King bed that can be divided into two Twin beds, are outfitted with flatscreen televisions, and en-suite bathrooms with a shower/tub combo. These two rooms share a deck that provides inspiring views of the Jud Wiebe Trail. The last guest room is equipped with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Near the bedrooms is a lovely second living area with a gas fireplace, large flatscreen television with a surround sound system, and comfortable seating on an oversized sectional sofa and an ottoman. A large storage area, which is located just inside the entrance of the home, is available for heavy winter coats, boots and helmets.
