Step out back to find the private hot tub and large furnished deck. Open to the living area, the beautifully furnished dining area seats eight while gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops has a small breakfast bar that seats two.

Located on the lower level is a comfortably furnished family room that includes a sitting area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and flat screen television as well as a foosball table. On the upper level is a loft area that offers another Queen Sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy the master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private custom designed bath with 2 sinks, a separate bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Or post up in the guest master bedroom that includes a Queen bed, and private bath. The large third bedroom features 2 Captain Bunk beds, as well as a TV media area with sleeper sofa, and access to a private bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on the main level and include Queen beds, as well as access to a shared bathroom. The sixth bedroom is on the lower level and includes a King bed.

The Highlands neighborhood is located in North Breckenridge and is known for it's stunning wooded and mountain views, is only 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge as well as the Breckenridge ski area gondola, and is close to summer hiking and biking trails. Complimentary shuttle services may be offered depending on the season.
