From the lower-level entry, you’ll ascend the stairs to the main living space where natural light pours into the open kitchen, great room and dining area. Forming the focal point of the living room, a sleek gas fireplace is set in front of comfortable furnishings with a flatscreen television above. In the summer, this space expands to the outside with a spacious deck featuring a fire-table and plenty of outdoor seating.

Open to the living room, the galley kitchen features a large island with plenty of prep space and bar seating for 4 guests with an additional 8 seats at the adjacent dining table. Tucked around the corner from the great room is a closed-door office for privacy.

Four bedrooms are spread over the residence's three levels. Located on the main level off of the living area, the primary suite is furnished with a King bed and includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity. Two lower level bedrooms are outfitted with Queen beds, enjoy direct access to the patio with the private hot tub, and share a full bathroom. The upper level is one large bunkroom equipped with two sets of Twin-over-Queen beds and includes a large television, sitting area and attached bathroom.
