Featuring near-mirror image interiors, the combined two sides of this duplex create an 8 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom private residence inviting multiple families with up to 17 in the group to enjoy luxury accommodations in a prime location. Quality furnishings are centered on a television and gas stove in the cozy living rooms which are open to the dining areas and kitchens. Each dining table accommodates 6 guests with 4 spots at the adjacent breakfast bars. High-end appliances and polished stone countertops are certain to please the chefs in the group. A door in the living room adjoins both sides of the duplex.

Spread over three levels, you will enjoy multiple balconies, dual-laundry facilities, dual 2-car garages, and winter-time shuttle service to the ski slopes and downtown. After a day of mountain adventures adjourn to the rooftop lounge featuring outdoor furnishings, two private hot tubs and adjoining doors.

Each side of the residence offers bedding that is ideal for families or groups with couple and singles, one side can accommodate up to 8 while the other sleeps up to 9 guests. Furnished with King beds, each primary suite includes a private bathroom. Two guest bedrooms, one on each side, are also outfitted with private bathrooms, one offers a King bed while the other has a Queen bed. Remaining bedrooms share full bathrooms, on one side there is a bedroom with two Twin beds and a bedroom with a Twin Day Bed plus a Twin Trundle. The other side has a room with a Twin over Twin bunk and a room with a Twin over Queen bunk.
