Ideally designed for entertaining, the upper level of this 5 bedroom duplex vacation home with 3.5 bathrooms features an open layout with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows allowing the light to pour into the living space. Comfortable furnishings are arranged around a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the cozy living room, with access to the back deck, holding a barbecue grill, through glass doors. Overlooking the living room, the updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Framed by windows, the dining table, with seating for 6 guests, sits in an alcove off of the living room with an adjacent smaller table seating 4 guests.

Step down to the lower level to find a family room with a sofa set in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television plus a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave. Access to the back patio is through sliding doors, head outside to relax in the private hot tub after a day playing in the mountains.

Five bedrooms are spread over the two levels of the home providing bedding for up to 10 guests. Located off of the living room on the upper level, the primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, enjoys access to a private deck, and includes a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Four bedrooms are located on the lower level, three of which are furnished with Queen beds and share a full bathroom with the family room. Ideal for the kids in the group, the fourth lower level bedroom is equipped with a Twin bunk bed plus a Twin day bed with a Twin trundle bed that pulls out from underneath and includes a private bathroom.
